Day 7 update of Negotiations, We are almost done! The past week and a half have been rough, long days. We have TA’d all of the articles with exception of Article 38, Compensation. We are aware, due to survey answers, that this is the top concern for the majority of the membership. We have heard and seen the concerns from you about being left in the dark. That is in no way our intention. We are fighting for each of you to get the best possible contract. We 100% use the surveys and comments to base our proposals and priorities.That is why we urged you all to participate in them and turn them back in.
